Road Safety in Tasmania - Have Your Say

Road Safety Advisory Council - Towards Zero

Every person is a road user and has a responsibility for road safety.

The Road Safety Advisory Council is developing the Towards Zero – Tasmanian Road Safety Strategy 2017-2026, and wants your input on how we can improve road safety in Tasmania.

Although the road toll is trending down, nearly 3,500 people were killed or seriously injured on Tasmania’s roads over the last 10 years. This is unacceptable.

The Towards Zero Strategy will be based on the ‘Safe System’ approach and consider Tasmania’s crash history, best practice solutions and feedback from the community.

To have your say, complete the online survey at www.towardszero.tas.gov.au/home/online_survey or come along to a public forum and join in the conversation:
