Meeting opened 10.30am by Chairman Paul Bullock

Meeting with Minister Michael Ferguson and TMC representatives
Paul Bullock and Simon Hrycyszyn confirmed for Thurs 19th September.
Australian Motorcycle Council AGM report tabled by P Bullock.
Treasures Report
Report read and tabled by B Hornsey.
Bills presented and tabled.
Bills for payment accepted.
Moved B Hornsey Sec H Van Zetten CARRIED.
General Business
P Bullock read and tabled the agenda for meeting with Minister M Ferguson.
Roger advised Meander Valley Radio is $30 P/month for advertising TMC
This is to be an agenda item next meeting.
Brian presented an updated list of members, this is ongoing.
Danny advised that new guard rail installed on the West Tamar is not compatible with lower section rub rail guard. Danny will advise when further information is received
