Business arising from Previous Meeting                                                                                 

 

  Very unsatisfactory response from Minister M Ferguson, and a letter has been

                            sent to Premier P Gutwein requesting a meeting with TMC Executive.

                      

                            AJL are seeking new training venue, State Growth Department are assisting.

 

                            Bothwell Road audit       Lyell Hwy to Hollow Tree Rd section P Bullock and

                            B Hornsey have been to this section of road and compiled a report and forwarded

                            It to Department of State Growth.

                            Copy of letter sent to Premier Peter Gutwein tabled.

                                P Bullock to be reimbursed $ 55.80 for fuel costs of Bothwell road audit

                              Tasmanian Motorcycle Council Inc Commonwealth Bank account be closed,

                              A new account to be opened with Bendigo Bank this would allow for electronic

                              Banking, Signatories for the new account to be P Bullock, B Hornsey, S Hrycyszyn.

                              TMC executive to meet with Bendigo Bank prior to opening a new account.

General Business  

 

                             Discussion on meeting with Premier P Gutwein P Bulloock, S Hrycyszyn, M Boyd to     .                            meet and plan an agenda for the meeting.

 

                             D Penney spoke on new helmet laws AAR package 12 Australia and how Tasmanian .                            Govt have added their own ruling under Road Rule 270 clause 3.  P Bullock and D    .         .                           Penney to contact AMC re this issue.

 

 

D Penney raised the issue that there has nothing forthcoming from the road audit completed some eighteen months ago on the Lake Leake Hwy.

P Bullock to follow up with Tasmanian Road Safety Manager.
